RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
We do not accept return products, since varies factors could affect the quality of the preservative-free fresh food. However, feel free to let us know about your concern by emailing us at inquiry@furrykitche.com. Once we understand your concern, a store credit would be kept in your record for you to pay for the next order. If an item is out of stock we’ll let you know we couldn’t exchange it and issue a refund instead.
Any exchanged items will be sent to the default delivery address on your account using the same delivery service as your original order. We cannot send replacement orders to another address but your registered one.
If we’ve refunded you for any items, the funds can take up to 5 weeks to appear in your account depending on your bank/card issuer
